CONFERENCE REGISTRATION FORM
REGISTRATION FEES are payable in advance. Complete the form below and submit electronically or mail by post to the Energy Studies Institute along with your credit card payment. Hotel and related travel costs are not included in registration fees. Full registration fees include: registration materials, a copy of the online conference proceedings and all conference provided meal functions. Students: submit a letter stating that you are a full-time student and are not employed full-time. The letter should provide the name and contact information for your main faculty supervisor or your department chair and a copy of your student identification card. IAEE reserves the right to verify student status. See the conference website for tour information. By the act of registering and attending this IAEE conference, you agree that IAEE/NUS/ESI shall acquire the right to use your name, photograph, video recording, and/ or audio recording in reporting on the conference in their publications or website, in publicity for future conferences, or in other reasonable manners for the benefit of the Association(s). You further agree to waive any liability on the part of the IAEE/NUS/ESI, and to hold the IAEE/NUS/ESI harmless, for any damages, injury, or loss of benefits that you incur during your travel to or from or attendance at this conference.

Calcellations/substitutions
All requests for cancellations or substitutions in regard to conference registration must be received in writing at IAEE Headquarters. Cancellations are allowed if requests are received on or before May 15, 2017 (five weeks before conferences sessions begin), but each is subject to a non-refundable S$500 administrative fee. Request for cancellations received after May 15, 2017 will not be honoured; and in such cases no refund can be made from the original registration fee, nor is any refund allowed for no-shows. There are no exceptions to this policy. Should you be unable to attend, however, a substitution may be made to transfer your fully paid registration to another member of your organization at any time up to June 18, 2017. For enquiries, please write to email address: iaee2017@nus.edu.sg

The 40th IAEE International Conference is registered with GARP as an Approved Provider of Continuing Professional Development (CPD) credits. GARP has determined that attending the IAEE International conference qualifies for 22.5 CPD credit hours.
